2. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at admin@glosseautocare.com.au to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your product.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.
5. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@glosseautocare.com.au for further instructions.
