Shipping Policy

We aim to provide optimal shipping choices worldwide, using Sendle services for both domestic and international shipments.

Note that our delivery process consists of two phases, processing and shipping:

Processing Time (1-2 Business Days): We verify your order, tailoring, quality check, and packaging take 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). This processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe.

Shipping Time:

Local Destinations (3-7 Business Days): Items are shipped, excluding rural areas (5-8 Business Days).

International Deliveries (10+ Business Days): Shipped via Sendle International Postage.

Additional Express Shipping Options:

Express Shipping via Australia Post (1-4 Business Days): Standard processing time applies if orders are placed by 12 PM AEST (excluding weekends).

Free Shipping

All orders over A$100 in a single transaction are eligible for free standard shipping exclusively within Australia. This offer does not cover orders shipped via Express postage, international shipments or orders containing bulky items. Bulky items encompass products are identified based on dimensions, weight, and delivery location through our shipping calculator at checkout.

Please note that additional shipping costs may also apply for these bulky items that are delivered to regional areas. For these instances, we will reach out via email to confirm once the order has been received.
